Chris was stuck at the brewery for three days in February due to a blizzard. During his self-imposed hermit-brew he created a new hazy IPA featuring Mosaic CO2 extract, Simcoe, Citra & Loral hops in the whirlpool and dry-hop. It’s getting closer to a his work on a modern PNW flavored hazy with flavors of grapefruit and floral tropical fruits.
Did Chris go crazy while he was stranded? Maybe. Is he still trapped? Maybe.
