White Bluffs Brewing in Richland joined us to brew this crystal clear brut IPA! This beer has a very dry body thanks to the use of amyloglucosidase enzyme added during fermentation. This enzyme breaks down some of the more complex starches, making more of the malt fermentable than usual. We pumped the flavor up with a blend of Idaho7, Mosaic, Citra & Ekuanot hops for a bright fruit flavor that enhances the dry body of the beer.
